| 1. First of all, make sure that you have the active membership with our web site. If you are not the member of the site, please visit join page to get your account. |

2. The username and password are cAsE SenSiTiVe, you should enter them exactly as they appear on the account creation page. Hint: You don't need to enter the username and password manually: Double click with your mouse on the username, then right click and select 'Copy', then switch to the browser window with the authorization request, click to the 'User name', then right click and select 'Paste'. The username will be copied to the 'User name' field automatically. Use the same way to copy the password. The password will be inserted in a secure way as '********'. Please make sure that your username / password do NOT contain any additional spaces before or after the words. Additional spaces make username/password combination incorrect and you will need to enter it again. For your convenience, you may save the credentials using 'Remember my password' option on the members authorization form. |

If you want to get the copy of your current username/password please go to Password retrieval form You should enter your email box and the username/password will be sent automatically to your e-mail box.Your email address must be identical to the one you have registered with us. | 4. Sometimes you may experience issues with getting into members zone, when you don't see the authorization window or some other strange issue. All of these problems are related to client's side. Check your firewall settings, you may try to turn it off and try to log-in again. Check your parental control filter with Microsoft Internet Explorer, it may block your attempts to access the members zone. If you use browser different than Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may try to change the browser to Internet Explorer and see whether it would help. |
